If you’re totally new to Pilates, we suggest beginning with a private session so we can tailor it to your needs. If that’s unavailable, try a Mat class or Basics on the Reformer to ease in. These options help you feel confident and keep the class pace safe for everyone.

Nope — everyone must book using their own login and waiver so we can track each client’s needs and keep everyone safe.

Packages and memberships can't be extended — we really stick to this policy to keep things fair for everyone. Every little exception adds up and makes it harder for us to keep Fringe running strong for the community.
If you have an unlimited membership, you can pause your recurring payments if you know you'll be away for a month or longer — just email us before your next billing date so we can help you hit pause.

You can take up to one class per day. If you came every day, you'd be getting Pilates for about $10 a class — a total steal in this economy!

Nope — all classes must be booked in advance through our system. We don’t offer walk-ins to keep classes smooth and safe.

You can join a waitlist at no charge. If a spot opens and you’re moved into class, then you'll be charged. You can receive emails and texts letting you know you've been moved into class. Just make sure you've opted in to all of your communication settings. We're working on push notifications, but for now, staying opted in and checking in on your waitlist spots is the best way to stay in the loop.

To avoid a fee, you must cancel at least 10 hours before your scheduled session — whether it's a group class, private session, or anything else. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us keep things running smoothly and fair for everyone.
How-To
How to Book a Class:
Open the Fringe Pilates app or visit our website and log in (or register for a new account).
Browse the schedule and select the class you’re interested in.
Click the "Book" button — if you don’t have credits, you’ll be prompted to purchase some.
If you already have credits, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page.
If the button says "Waitlist" instead, you’ll be added to the next available spot on the waitlist.
You’re in! Get excited.
How to Check Your Credits:
Sign in on the Fringe website or app.
Tap the 'Menu' button (three horizontal lines in the top left corner).
Click on the 'Purchase Classes' button.
You’ll see your remaining credits listed there and have the option to purchase more if needed.
How to Cancel a Class or Leave a Waitlist:
Option 1: From the Schedule View
Find the class on the schedule. Below your booking, there will be a "Cancel" button. Tap that to remove yourself.
Option 2: From 'My Class History' or the 'Future' Tab
Click the 'Menu' (three lines at the top left).
Tap 'My Class History'.
Find your upcoming classes and tap the small arrow to the left of the class listing.
You’ll be taken to a page where you can cancel or come off the waitlist.
